Title: Defensive Handgun — Level 1
Cost: $220 per person (+ ammunition)
Length: 2–4 hours (class + live fire)
Age: 21+ only
Prerequisite: Intermediate Handgun Course (new or old curriculum). If you completed the old Intermediate Pistol Course, we strongly recommend also taking the Defensive Skills Clinic.

Overview:
Build safe, practical defensive skills and learn to employ your handgun from the holster. This 2–4 hour clinic blends classroom instruction and live-fire training to help you become a SAFE, SKILLED, AND CONFIDENT defensive shooter. Successful completion certifies shooters to perform holster draws at the Marc-On Range.
What this class covers:
Combative mindset and situational awareness
Review of safety and fundamentals
Tactical handling and working the gun under stress
Proper draw stroke, presentation, and shot placement from holster
Follow actions and post-engagement sequence
Requirements & gear:
Bring your carry firearm with optic/setup as usual, 2–3 magazines, and a magazine-holding device (mag pouch, belt, etc.). Rentals are not allowed.
Bring/purchase 100+ rounds of brass-cased ammunition (available in-shop). NO steel-core (green tip).
You must be proficient with skills taught in Basic and Intermediate Handgun. The instructor may refuse live-fire participation if basic/intermediate skills are not demonstrated.
Classes start on time—late arrivals may be deferred.

Ammunition and pistol rental are NOT included in the clinic price.
