Are the cakes sold in Monderland Cake freshly made?

Monderland Cake has a lot of policies, one of which is that all products made by Monderland will always be freshly made, right from the oven.

Can the customer order a cake with their own designs?

Customers are allowed to send a design to our chefs and order the cake after it is done being made.

If there is a problem with the product sold by Monderland Cake, are the customers allowed to get any warranty or refunds?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In a case where there is a problem with our product, feel free to contact our shop within 24 hours of purchase.

Size and availability

Due to supply and demand, items in the shop might not be available at the time, check back another time.

How long does an order take to be finished?

Usually, an order takes around 2-3 days, with 4-5 days for custom-designed cakes.
