How much does MarakiERP cost?
Well, there is a lot of prerequisite information needed to get the actual cost of MarakiERP such as the number of active users, number of branches, warehouses, shops, etc… number of employees for HRM, number of modules needed, any customization needed.
How can we get support after go-live?
After going live the customer can get support in different ways like remote support, on-site support, phone call, etc…
Is the software User-friendly?
MarakiERP is made to be user-friendly to any person with a little bit of knowledge that can operate on the MarakiERP interface and it can support different languages like Amharic, Afan Oromo, Tigrigna, etc…
Is there any subscription fee or annual for your product as it generally tells us your fee structure?
Well, MarakiERP doesn’t have an annual subscription fee. You can use it as you like but we have SLA(service level agreement). This SLA is paid yearly after the warranty period is finished. It contains the support Marakisoft rendered to the customer, training new employees, etc…
I don’t have a MarakiPos point of sale system. Can I integrate it with MarakiERP?
Yes, you can but as a recommendation, you can change to our pos system MarakiPOS for better usage.
Is there a System notification?
Yes, there is a system notification that notifies you when there is due payment or outstandings when there is approval, when an employee is hired or terminated, when the product expires or is going to expire, etc...
Is it web-based or desktop-based? Can I use the software on my Mobile?
MarakiERP is a fully web-based system where you can access any network like LAN, WAN, VPN, internet, and so on.
Do you have any experience in our business activity?
In general, ERP is developed to support almost all sectors, a matter of fact most of the time 80% of businesses have the same business processes. Accordingly, when we develop MarakiERP we consider these circumstances.
How many years of experience do you have with ERP?
Marakisoft has 14+ years of experience in software development and 6 years of ongoing experience in ERP system development, implementation, and support
How much time do you take to implement the software?
Normally to implement an ERP system takes a few months but the implementation phase can be narrow or broad depending on the complexity of the project.
Can you customize the software based on our needs?
Customizing an ERP application refers to modifying it on a macro scale so that it meets specific business or company requirements. So more likely we do is configure the system based on client needs NOT customizing it. But in the business blueprint phase if we identify any customization that needs to modify it on a macro scale we will treat it as customization.
