About Mrs. Wilk
I have been teaching in Merrill since spring of 2014. This is my fifth year at the high school teaching band. I graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2013, receiving my undergraduate degree in music education with an emphasis in instrumental and general music. I am a member of both the Wisonsin Music Educators Association (WMEA) and the National Association for Music Education (NAfME). Aside from teaching, I play trombone (and occasionally a variety of other instruments) with the Merrill City Band and UWSP-Wausau jazz ensemble and concert band.
I married my husband Randall in 2015 who works at Riverwood Educational Services, Inc. (RESI) in Merrill as a web developer. We both enjoy kayaking, tennis, video-gaming and catching up on our favorite tv shows.
In my free time I also enjoy sewing, painting, wood-burning, cooking/baking, cross-country skiing, and playing board games.
