Hi! My name is Mrs. Stuart and I will be your child's teacher this year!  I am very excited to get to know you and your child on our learning adventure.

I am a graduate of Youngstown State University with both a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education.  I am also a Reading Specialist K-12. This is my 25th year of teaching 1st grade at Maplewood!

I live in Cortland with my husband, my two children, Molly (who is a freshman at YSU), Jackson (who is a sophomore at Lakeview) and our little rescue pup, Rocco!  When I am not at school, I like to spend time with my family, watch Molly and Jackson at all of their sporting events, read, go shopping and go to the beach!
