RULES & EXPECTATIONS

• ATTENDANCE POLICY: We understand things happen, such as illnesses or family plans. If your camper is out for 2 days we will contact you to discuss the remaining week. Absences may jeopardize camp spots due to a full waitlist.

• EVERYDAY BRING: filled water bottle, sneakers, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, snacks, breakfast/lunch (if you did not sign up for meals)

• IMPORTANT WAIVERS! Please sign Petra Cliffs (by July 14) and Get Air Waiver (by July 12). Waivers can be found online or below when you click on the links. 

• Cell phones or electronic devices are not allowed to be used during camp time. Cell phones must be off and away or put into our cell phone lock box upon arrival.

• Dress appropriately for that day's activities and weather conditions.

• Campers are expected to attend the entire week or camp from 8:00a-2:00p

• There will be NO supervision at SATEC before 8:00am or after 2:00pm.

• If your child is not taking the bus, please arrive on time at SATEC for pick up at 2:00pm. We will need to know who will pick up your child on a regular basis. This person must be listed on the registration form.
