animate your world- using scratch and a webcam. Can you "play" instruments that are on the screen?
Flocabulary has some cool Computer Science activities:
Problem Solving With RobotsCoding for LoopsAlgorithms and PseudocodeWriting and Interpreting EventsAll About ConditionalsTeachers - request robotics activities for your class inspired by Walking Wednesday. Join us on 12/6 to walk with a robot.

Here are a few we recommend:
Sci Girls: Code Creators (learn about pseudocode)
Create a choose your own adventure - optional extension is learn how to use google forms to make an online version of your adventure.
Rock, Paper, Scissors- Learn about Computer Modeling by playing a few versions of rock, paper, scissors
Women in Tech - This 3-part unit explores gender inequality and engages students in activities and discussions around different experiences and perspectives.
Program a Person- Have students create a non-verbal code to get each other through a grid. Use the tiles on the floor and mark a few squares with sticky notes. Start with having one student be the robot and one be the programming. The programmer will pick (or be told by a 3rd person) what sticky note to get the robot to. The programmer can only use the agreed upon non-verbal code.
Once students get the idea of this try one of these challenges:
1) Code the "robot" to pick up a bunch of items and do something with them
2) Switch to verbal code, specifically left, right, forward, backward. Have the programmer facing the "robot" so now they have a different perspective on how they view the grid (if the programmer moves forward and the robot moves forward will they be going the same direction?)
