Todos os convidados precisam de convites, exceto os alunos que estarão se apresentando na sessão específica e as crianças de colo.

All guests need invitations, except for the students who will be performing in the specific session and infants.

Como adquirir os convites?

How to purchase the tickets?

Alunos que estarão se apresentando na sessão específica e crianças de colo não precisam de convites. A todos os outros convidados, as vendas estão abertas exclusivamente no botão ou no QR Code abaixo. 

• 1º lote: limitado a 4 convites por cada aluno que se apresenta nesta sessão - disponíveis até 10/10;

• 2º lote: ingressos remanescentes , sem limites por aluno, respeitando a capacidade atual do local - disponíveis a partir de 11/10 às 12h 

Ao emitir o convite, escrever no campo:

• nome: o primeiro nome e o último sobrenome do aluno

• sobrenome: o nome do convidado

Antes de adquirir, confirme se a turma do aluno bate com a descrição da sessão. Emita somente os convites liberados para cada lote. Convites emitidos em quantidade maior que a liberada, serão cancelados.

Students who will be performing in the specific session and infants do not need invitations. For all other guests, sales are exclusively open through the button or QR Code below.

• 1st batch: limited to 4 invitations per student performing in this session - available until October 10th;

• 2nd batch: remaining tickets, unlimited per student, respecting the current venue capacity - available from October 11th at 12 p.m.

When issuing the tickets, fill out the field:

• "nome": with the first and last student's name

• "sobrenome": with the guest's name

Before making a purchase, please verify whether the student's class corresponds to the session description. Issue invitations only for the quantity released in each batch. Invitations issued in a quantity greater than the allocated limit will be canceled.

Como receberei os convites?

How will I receive the tickets?

Há duas formas:

• Após a conclusão da compra, o website apresentará uma tela de confirmação  de compra com o número do pedido e do lado direito, um botão  "ver ingressos". Clicar sobre este botão e imprimir os tickets.

• TODOS os convites emitidos no site são enviados automaticamente para o email indicado no campo específico do site, conforme imagem abaixo.

There are two options:

• After completing the purchase, the website will display a purchase confirmation screen with the order number, and on the right side, a 'view tickets' button. Click on this button and print the tickets.

• ALL invitations issued on the website are automatically sent to the email provided in the specific field on the site, as shown in the image below.

Você verificará em sua caixa de email que o destinatário da mensagem com os ingressos aparecerá como "Maple Bear Jardins" e, ao abrí-lo poderá verificar que ele foi enviado pelo sistema do Sympla através do endereço sympla@sympla.com.br.

Caso não identifique a mensagem em sua caixa de entrada, favor verificar a caixa de spam e lixeira.

Caso necessite de suporte, contatar a secretaria informando o número do pedido, o nome do convidado ou o nome preenchido como "responsável pela compra".

In your inbox you will find the message with the tickets which the recipient email's name is "Maple Bear Jardins". When you open the message, you will notice that it was sent by Sympla through the email address sympla@sympla.com.br

If you did not find the message in your inbox, please check the spam or trash folders.

If you require support, please contact the administration office providing the order number, the guest's name, or the name filled in as the "responsável pela compra".

Should I print the tickets?

O QR CODE do ingresso será scaneado no check-in.

Traga o convite impresso ou aberto em seu dispositivo móvel.

Fique atento à numeração do convite. Na entrada do auditório os convites serão scaneados individualmente e o sistema acusará caso ele já tenha sido utilizado em outro check-in.

The QR CODE on the ticket will be scanned at check-in.

Bring the ticket printed or opened on your mobile device.

Pay attention to the ticket number. The tickets will be individually scanned and the system will warn if it has been used previously in another check-in process.

Os alunos deverão ser apresentados na concentração 20 minutos antes do horário da sessão.

Students should be presented in the concentration 20 minutes before the presentation time.
