For my Panchakarma therapy room; he designed exactly what I wanted, a traditional touch... the light effects, the color combination, all perfectly done. The Food Garage is the one and only theme based Cafe in Nandurbar. As the name suggests, it's theme is based on the Garage.

I accidentally bumped into MDC and discussed my needs to design the interiors for my Cafe. I was convinced with their ideas in our very first meeting itself. There was no idea or theme in my mind then. In our subsequent meetings, this idea of designing the interiors in a Garage theme came up and in no time it turned into a reality.

I never imagined something like this could be done is such a cost effective way with time as a major constraint. But I was at the right place with MDC. The chairs, the Cash counter, the walls, the electrical fittings, a special attraction of a selfie point, everything has been designed in a very unique way and also has gained a lot of popularity across the town.

Believe it or not, MDC are the best people in the business. Be it their creativity, punctuality, cost effectiveness, meeting deadlines; you can simply relax and rely on them. Be it the weirdest of thoughts, i am sure they can turn it into reality. I had one of the best experience working with them. Special mention to Ar. Neeraj Deshpande, who is an ocean of ideas and his creativity skills.

माझं Dream Home बनवण्यासाठी मी बऱ्याच आर्किटेक्ट्स व इंजिनिअर्सला भेटल्यानंतर मंथन डिझाईन कॉन्सेप्ट्सचे नीरज देशपांडे यांना भेटलो. पहिल्या मीटिंगमध्येच माझा त्यांच्यावर विश्वास बसला आणि काम पुढे सुरु झाले.

इतरांपेक्षा माझा प्रत्येक डिझाईन, त्यामागची कारणं आणि फायदे जाणून घ्यायचा आग्रह असल्यामुळे बारीक-सारीक बाबतीत चर्चा करूनच निर्णय व्हायचा. ह्यादरम्यान सरांनी दिलेली वेळ आणि माहिती खूपच मोलाची असायची.

जे जे नवं ते ते हवं असा त्यांचा प्रयत्न असतो. त्यामुळे माझ्या घरातील अनेक गोष्टी गावातील पहिल्या किंवा पहिल्या काहींपैकी एक अशाच आहेत. Exposed Brickwork, ४ मिमी जाड पत्र्यावरील अप्रतिम सुंदर CNC design, island kitchen, एकसारख्या तापमानाचं पाणी २४ तास देणारी Thermostat system, अत्यंत वेगळ्या धाटणीचं अर्धगोल आकारातील माझा ऑफिस टेबल अशा खूप गोष्टी आम्ही विचारपूर्वक निवडल्या आहेत.

फर्निचर कामातील असो कि; बांधकाम आणि रंग संगतीतील साधेपणावर त्यांचा खूप जोर असतो. 

माझं घर माझ्या अपेक्षेपेक्षा सुंदर झालंय ह्यात काहीच शंका नाही. गावातील प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्तीही माझं घर उत्सुकतेने पाहायला येतात तेव्हा खूप अभिमान वाटतो.
