WELCOME

Registration for the Summer of CHAMPS before and after care program is underway. Please complete the 3 steps below to ensure enrollment for the Summer of CHAMPS 2024.

Complete and submit the registration forms for each child
Submit your child's schedule for registration
Pay the summer tuition for each child

*Please note: tuition calculation is found on page 4 of the registration form

*If you filled out a Child Info form for the 2024-25 CHAMPS program, only fill out page 4 of the registration form
