Students will be given a "Reading Homework Journal". Inside will be the following instructions along with comprehension questions to choose from! 

The first journal prompt is due October 9th. 

Your homework is to read for 10-15 minutes each night. Over the course of two weeks students are expected to complete 3 journal responses about their reading.

On a new page write down: 

• The date 

• The book title 

• The pages you read 

• Your response 

Choose any 3 questions to answer and remember to:

• Answer in complete sentences. 

• Give details from your reading and explain your thinking. 

• Check your spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
