Mansfield Middle School students rotate through 4 related arts. In addition to Art, these include General Music, Life and Consumer Sciences and Technology Education. During one quarter of the year, which is approximately 25-27 lessons, students will center their learning on various skills related to traditional forms of art media and applications of technology to this discipline.

Our Art program is aligned to both state and national standards. All projects include formative and summative assessments such as reflective writing, peer review, sharing, and rubrics to assist students as they center their own learning towards success in their creative endeavors.
Absences
Students who miss class time because of RA music lessons or other structured pull outs are expected to check in with their Art Buddy to find out what they missed
