After working in the fields of Media, Corporate Planning &Administration, founded LBIIHM in 2002-2003. My passion is to empower students with thinking ability and visualizing future, to create a society of ‘Ethical Citizens’.

Dr Alok Kumar Bhuwan - Head of MIHE is Managing Secretary at Manovikas Charitable Society.He is Specialised in Rehabilitation Science and Special Education.With his 40 years of experience he believes that healing comes from within the individual.He believes in a person centred approach. He believes that change can come from challenges.He himself at very early age started the approach of counselling in all spheres of disability field.It makes him master in counselling.He can gently and supportively for the people with Intellectual Disability Challenge.

Her assessment and counselling style can be characterized as empowering and positive.
