Hall Booking Fees
Functions $37.50 an hour
( Includes about 100 chairs and 10 tables*)
Functions will need a $150 bond,
to be refunded when the hall
is checked to be clean.
(This includes $50, Deposit payable
Immediately to confirm the booking)
Payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the event and a copy of the payment receipt must be sent to the hall manager.
All Functions must be finished by 10pm due to Noise constraints.
(the $50 is refundable, if you cancel the booking more than 2 weeks out of the Function.)

*Tables are the 6ft long rectangle tables (1.82mtr)
The hall is rated to take 150 people.
Chairs are blue.
This Calendar has the dates that the hall is available. (blank is available and busy means Booked up)
If you find a date that you like, please fill the form,
and we will do our best to reserve it for you.
Sometimes 2 or more parties are interested in the same date.

MANGERE BRIDGE SCOUT GROUP HALL HIRE
TERMS and CONDITIONS OF HALL HIRE
The Hall is Smoke Free, both inside and outside on the Group’s property.
NO stilettos, high heels, studded boots, black soled sports shoes are allowed due to wooden floor.
Alcohol is allowed in the hall but cannot be sold. No alcohol is to be drunk outside the hall and all alcohol and containers must be removed at the end of the hire session.
Please be very considerate of the neighbours with regards to noise and parking. Noise must be kept at an acceptable minimum level (especially before 7am & after 9pm), especially music, singing and any activities in the car park. Any noise complaints will be investigated and may result in the Hall Hire being terminated.
All Functions must be finished by 10pm due to Noise constraints.
There might or might not be toilet paper, please bring your own just in case
Any damage to the hall or chattels must be reported immediately.
The $50 bond must be paid as soon as we have confirmed hall to be available on that date. (if another party pays the bond for that date, they will take over that date) If you cancel the function more than 2 weeks out from the date, the $50 will be paid back.
BEFORE LEAVING THE HALL PLEASE ENSURE THE FOLLOWING IS CARRIED OUT
Turn off the Zip unit in the kitchen (if used).
Remove all rubbish and sweep and mop floors.
Please take your rubbish with you as we don't have bins for disposal at the hall.
Check toilets, ensuring all flushed if needed.
Turn off all lights.
Close all windows, check and ensure doors are closed & locked.
Any damage to the hall or chattels must be reported immediately and any
repairs will be paid by the Hirer. Invoices need to be paid within 5 days otherwise
they will be passed onto our lawyers for collection at the hirees expense.
