Identify a goal you would like to workshop in the training.
In preparation for your training, please take a moment to identify a personal or professional goal you'd like to workshop during the session.
Your goal should be:
Something you're currently working on or have recently set for yourself.
An area of your work or performance you'd like to improve or accomplish.
Example goals to consider:
Improve my time management skills to increase productivity.
Recruit local organizations to join a housing rights coalition.
Recruit and train volunteers to support a new issue campaign initiative.

Zooming Like a Pro
We will use Zoom video conferencing for this training. In this video, find a few tips to get the most out of the experience.
Do not share your Zoom link(s) with anyone else. Zoom will restrict access to the training to one participant per link.
Find your unique Zoom link in the calendar invite for the training, and open the link to join.
Using Padlet
We'll use Padlet throughout our training—think of it as a digital bulletin board where everyone in the session can post together. Check out this video for quick explanations on how to post on Padlet.
You do not need to download an app or plugin to use Padlet.
During training, your trainer will further guide you on how to complete group activities using Padlet.
