Manuscript Preparation 

All manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) and formatted as follows:

• Font: Times New Roman, 12-point

• Line Spacing: 1.5

• Margins: 1 inch on all four sides

Title

• Bold, centered, 14-point

• Each word should begin with a capital letter

Author Details

• Author’s name: Centered, 12-point

• Affiliation and e-mail ID: 10-point, placed below the name

Section Headings

• Bold, ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, centered, 14-point

• Example: ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION

Sub-headings

• Bold, sentence case, 10-point, aligned left

Main Text

• 12-point, Times New Roman

Tables and Figures

• Labels: TABLE / FIGURE in capital letters, centered, 10-point

• Description: Bold, sentence case, 10-point

References

Must follow APA Style (7th Edition) 

Submission Guidelines

1. An abstract (500 – 600 words) should be submitted on or before 5th March 2026 to the official conference e-mail: seminar.comm@maldacollege.ac.in

2. The full paper (maximum 4000 words) must be submitted by 25 March 2026.

3. Author details including Name, Designation, Institutional Affiliation, E-mail ID, and Mobile Number must be provided on a separate cover page to facilitate the blind review process.

4. The sub-theme of the conference under which the paper is being submitted should be clearly mentioned on the cover page.

5. Three-Five keywords must be provided below the abstract.

6. Authors must submit a declaration stating that the paper has not been submitted elsewhere for publication or presentation.

7. If an author wishes to submit more than one paper, all submissions should be made from the same e-mail ID.

Format of the Full Paper

The full paper should include:

• Introduction (background and significance)

• Brief literature review

• Objectives of the study

• Methodology

• Analysis and interpretation

• Findings

• Conclusion

• References

The paper should preferably be within 5000 words (excluding tables and references).

Review and Publication

• All papers will undergo peer review by experts nominated by the Technical Committee.

• Selected papers may be published in Peer Reviewed Refereed Journal/EDITED VOLUME as Book Chapters by National or International Publisher with ISBN number.

A declaration must be submitted confirming that the manuscript:

• Is original

• Is not copyrighted

• Has not been published or submitted elsewhere
