CONCEPT NOTE:

Under the current crisis, which does not seem to end conclusively in the near future, it is an opportunity to you to learn and cope up with the online class, e- material development & sharing and online evaluation easily staying at home with the help of free add on services of Google.

TOPICS TO BE COVERED:

1. Google Drive : Google Docs, Google Sheet and Google Slides

2. Google Classroom

3. Basics of Google Form & Preparation of online MCQ test and evolution

4. Personal website development

5. E- learning module development

6. Collaborative work : Online Central or class Routine Preparation, Online AQAR preparation, Online Class Attendance and many more

7. You Tube Live

8. How to make Online Class secure?

WHO CAN JOIN:

Faculty from any discipline working in a University, college or school. No previous knowledge is required. Gmail account is compulsory.

WORKSHOP TIMINGS:

16 to 18 May 2020 ( Three to four hours per day)

WORKSHOP FEE:

Rs 250/- to be paid through UPI/Debit Card/Net Banking ( Payment request Link will be intimated through email in due course to the selected short listed teachers.)

REQUIREMENTS:

Desktop with web cam /Laptop/Smart Phone with active Internet facility. If you use smart phone you please install Google Docs, Google Sheet and Google Slides and google classroom from play store. We prefer laptop or desktop with web cam

MODE OF SESSION:

Google Meet and or standard video conferencing platform.

Certificate and Schedule:

A certificate will be provided only after successful completion of the course. Detailed Schedule will be intimated through email or Google classroom.

Resource Persons

A group of young expert Teachers from both the colleges will conduct this workshop.

Malda College has conducted this workshop successfully at more than 40 colleges (30 colleges in Kolkata) over the different districts of West Bengal since 2017.
