30 Januari 2023 ketahui wujud prima facie atau tidak terhadap Najib, Arul        

November 15 - Mahkamah Tinggi akan memutuskan pada 30 Januari tahun depan sama ada pendakwaan berjaya membuktikan kes prima facie terhadap Datuk Seri Najib Razak dan bekas Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) Arul Kanda Kandasamy yang didakwa meminda laporan pengauditan syarikat pelaburan strategik itu.

November 15 - The prosecution in Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) audit report tampering trial on Tuesday (Nov 15) said that should the High Court consider the overall conduct of the former prime minister from Feb 22 to 26, 2016, it would be concluded that he had done something that the law does not permit him to do.

November 15 - The high court here has fixed January 30 next year to decide whether former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and former 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy will be acquitted or ordered to enter their defence in the audit tampering case.
