Operations Manager of Makerspace Greenville and Global Print Initiative

I would like to introduce myself, so we might become friends, and possible associates. My name is Kent Vroman. I am working with Gabe as his current Operations Manager for Makerspace Greenville and Global Print Initiative. I own several businesses and have fun incubating business startups. I’ve been married to the love of my life for nearly forty-four years and every single day is a special adventure. I have five beautiful grown daughters with 16 super grandchildren!!!

Born and raised in Alaska, I went to the University of Alaska to study engineering and took a sabbatical to teach religion in southern California. I returned to Alaska, got married, joined the United States Air Force and after multiple technical and leadership schools, I graduated from the University of Maryland (European Division) with a Business Management degree. I also graduated from the Community College of the Air Force with degrees in Electronic Systems Technology and Instructor of Technology & Military Science. I have an extensive background in ground radio communications, satellite communications, crypto security, advanced education in Information Technology, Computer Science and Certifications in Adult Education. I taught Advanced Electronic System & Technology for the Air Force for two years at Goodfellow AFB, taught 7 years at Charter College in Anchorage, where I also served as the Program Head of the Digital Electronics department. I was invited to teach at the University of Alaska (Mat-Su Campus) for a couple of semesters, providing instruction for A+ Certification training and Project Management.

Currently, I am serving as the Operations Manager for Makerspace Greenville and Global Print Initiative, as well as owning several businesses and I work as a Mentor and a Small Business Incubator helping people start and succeed at business.
