Melt and Pour Directions

Step One:

• Cut soap base into squares and place in the measuring cup
• For regular 4 oz. soap molds you can use 1 lb. at a time, which makes about 5 soaps.

Step Two:

• Melt soap base in the glass measuring cup placed in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between microwaving.
• The soap takes about 2-3 minutes in intervals to melt.
• Make sure the soap base is completely melted. Stir carefully to check for lumps that need to be melted.

Step Three:

• Add your ingredients while stirring.
• 20 drops of essential oil (less for a lighter scent)
• Add a pinch or so of exfoliants such as oatmeal or dried orange peel as desired.
• Important: You will need to work fast! The soap will start to dry quickly! No dilly dallying!
