Nga Hou e wha - the 4 winds
The ancestral maunga and tipuna (represented as stars and the Matariki Cluster)
Remembering who we are and whee we have come from.
These students are very clever and have thoughtfully designed a moving logo.
You can see this logo on the wall in the hall.
Makaraka School is a primary school in Gisborne New Zealand. We have approximately 130 students and enjoy an active rich curriculum in outdoor education, the arts and culture. This website is for Year 5/6 Students and Whanau to access their learning and stay connected both at home and in class.
