EVENT MANAGER

Manages teams of employees or contractors in trade show organization, lead generation, and sales

Supports booking event spaces, planning food and drink menus, coordinates entertainment/speakers

Connects businesses with local vendors and negotiates contracts

Provides exceptional quality of care to visiting businesses when determining and anticipating needs

Maintains an energetic and engaging showroom atmosphere

Reports daily to stakeholders

EVENT STAFF

Brand Ambassadors: Represents your brand, engages crowds, and delivers curated marketing and messaging

Hosts: Facilitates your event as an EMCEE

Performers: Dancers, Acrobats, Singers, Magicians, and more

Sales Specialists: Assists in lead generation and sales, writes orders, and takes surveys

Product Demonstrators: Leads product demos to engage the crowd and initiate lead generation

Models: Represents your brand, poses for photos and video content, and more

Interpreter: Provides language assistance on standby, specializes in navigating language barriers and professional cultural guidance - Languages include: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Hebrew, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, Russian, French, and German
