Absences
If your child is going to be late or away from school, you must contact the school office to notify them of the absence.
Please call the office on 03 385 3145 or email admin@mairehau.school.nz also note this can be done through the school app as well.
Online Safety & e-Learning
Netsafe's Online Safety Toolkit for parents and whānau helps you learn how to keep your child safe online.
At Mairehau we set high expectations around how students treat each other and the devices they are using. Because we provide some of the devices used in class as well as the internet services at school, we have a student device and internet use agreement which students sign when enrolling at our school. This ensures accountability and encourages students to act responsibly. (See our school Values)
