Virtual Calming Room 

The uncertainty and changes of the past few months have raised questions in all of our minds about what our lives will look tomorrow, next week, next year.

You may experience strong emotions or different emotions hour to hour or day to day. 

We want you to know your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. 

This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families, and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings and building resilience . We believe resources give us power and we want you to know there are resources available to you. We have compiled some of our favorites to share with you in this virtual calming room. 

Your School Counselor is available to talk to you. He/She/They will assist with these or other resources to help ensure your success at school.
