Maine West Boys Volleyball Program Philosophy:

Our program will be dedicated and committed to developing an elite and competitive volleyball program at Maine West High School. Our staff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience at the high school, club, and collegiate level to the program. The Maine West Boys Volleyball Program is first and foremost about the development of young men. We aim to develop a program that the community of Des Plaines and the school are proud of. The development of skills and positive attitudes will be the primary focus of the program with the game of volleyball as its mechanism. Our intentions are to compete at the highest level possible while playing with integrity, respect for our opponents, and fair-play. It is our goal for players to leave this program being the best they can possibly be while being proud of creating a culture of success and leading the start of a new winning tradition.
