Perspective Parents

Please fill out this INTEREST SURVEY in order to receive more information in the future about the program for the 2026-2027 school year.  By completing this survey, you are interested in the possibility of enrolling your student into our program and will be put on a list to be contacted in April/May. There will be an application process as well in late spring.  Please note that this is NOT the application and this interest survey does not guarantee a spot.  This is to provide me with basic information and to contact you with further information about the program.
