About Me

As a Writing Center consultant, I aim to create a safe and comfortable space for students to improve upon their work. I know in the past I have personally found tutoring to be an intimidating process, so I want to avoid that at all costs. While I specialize in STEM writing, students from across the disciplines are always welcome to schedule a session with me as I appreciate the opportunity it gives me to learn as well as the student. 

When I am not in the Writing Center, I am generally outside. Growing up in Maine, I have developed an affinity for the outdoors. I love to hike and travel and I am interested in nature photography. Below I've attached some of my favorite photos I've taken from various places I've been. I am currently a senior here at the University of Maine and after graduation I plan to do some solo traveling, before moving out west to pursue a masters degree in Journalism.
