Many of your post labs, etc., will require you to take screenshots of your Excel work and paste them into your post lab. You can find directions below for how to take screenshots with a Mac or Windows device. Note that the exact procedures may be slightly different depending on your current OS or Windows version.
Pressing the 'Command', 'Shift', and '3' keys (all at the same time) will capture the entire screen.
You should see the screen flash or change before it goes back to normal.
Unless you have changed the setting, the screenshot is typically saved to your desktop.
Pressing the 'Command', 'Shift', and '4' keys (all at the same time) will change your cursor to a crosshair pointer.
Move the crosshair to where you want to capture.
Click and drag to select an area.
When you have selected the desired area, release te mouse.

Press ‘Print Screen/PrtScrn’ or press ‘Alt’ and ‘Print Screen/PrtScrn’ (different for each PC).
Open ‘Paint’. Do a search for ‘Paint’ if you can’t find it.
Click ‘New’ to open a new page.
Click on ‘Paste’ in the new page.
Name the new file, choose where you want it to save on your computer, and click ‘Save’.
Click ‘Snipping Tool’. Do a search for ‘Snipping Tool’ if you can’t find it.
In the ‘Snipping Tool’ select ‘New’.
The cursor will then change to a crosshair pointer.
Move the crosshair to where you want to capture.
Click and drag to select an area.
When you have selected the area you need, release your Mouse or Trackpad.
Name the new file, choose where you want it to save on your computer, and click ‘Save’.
