What is BSO?
BSO is an entity under the Student Senate that facilitates communication between various student organizations and sponsors programs to benefit student organizations and the student body. It is intended to enhance the cultural, intellectual, social and recreational aspects of student life at USM.

What is Student Senate?
What is Student Senate?
The Student Senate is an organization comprised of 21 Undergraduate Students at USM. The Senate is responsible for allocating the Student Activity Fee(SAF) to Student entities, groups, and events on campus. We also proudly advocate for the student body, working with the University Administration and Student Affairs to improve the Student Life on campus. As BSO is under Student Senate in the SGA, we value making their resources easily accessible for student group leaders.Â
