Winthrop University is located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.  Winthrop University prides itself on dedicated staff, highly qualified faculty, a diverse group of graduates, and nationally accredited colleges and programs.  The intended audience for this performance problem are the instructional staff at the University.  Winthrop’s Academic Affairs offers its instructional faculty a variety of resources to monitor, support, and advise students.  

Winthrop is offering their instructional staff multiple different ways to support their students; however, with so many tools and services to choose from, the instructional staff needed a place to locate all the services and how to use them. We propose creating an interactive job aid/document, listing the various programs, tools, and software available, when to use them, and links to instructional videos/tutorials.  Below you can find some of the proposed solutions.
