(Makes 1 roll)
Ingredients
Dough:
60g Greek yogurt
50g Self-rising flour (substitute with All Purpose flour + 1/8tsp baking powder)
Nutella (as much as you want)
Icing:
2tsp of Milk
3tbsp Icing sugar
1tsp of Nutella
Instructions:
-For the dough: Mix yogurt, and flour together. After it's well mixed flatten it with a rolling pin and spread Nutella on top. Roll it and put it in a mug
-Microwave for 1.15-1.30 minutes. You can microwave it at 30 seconds intervals until you feel the dough is not raw.
-If you're concerned about consuming raw flour, we recommend heat treating it first by microwaving it for 1 minute 15 seconds on high then letting it cool before using it.
***You can always swap Nutella for any kind of spread such a Peanut Butter, Biscoff Lotus, or even make a mix of cinnamon and sugar to make the original cinnamon roll.
