Rules and Regulations

Eligibility

All faculty, staff, and students of this school are eligible to enter the library for reading.

Reading Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:10 AM to 12:30 PM, 1:40 PM to 5:00 PM

Winter and Summer Vacation

 Monday to Friday: 8:10 AM to 12:00 PM

Closed on National Holidays and Weekends

Entry Regulations

Except for personal belongings such as pens and notebooks, all other items should be stored in lockers outside the library and are not allowed inside.

Library Materials and Equipment

Library materials and equipment should be handled with care and are not allowed to be taken out of the library without proper borrowing procedures.

Library Etiquette

The library should be kept quiet and tidy. Slippers, eating, sleeping, and other inappropriate behaviors are prohibited.

Violation of Rules

Readers who violate the above regulations and do not heed warnings may be asked to leave the library and have their reading privileges revoked.

Books

Faculty and staff can borrow up to 15 books at a time for a period of 1 month; students can borrow up to 8 books at a time for a period of 2 weeks.

Book Borrowing

Faculty and staff should present their staff ID or identification documents; students should present their student ID card and go to the library counter to complete borrowing procedures.)

Renewal

If there are no reservations by others, one renewal is allowed for a period of 1 week.

E-books

Faculty, staff, and students can borrow up to 10 e-books at a time for a period of 2 weeks.

E-book Borrowing

Use a computer or mobile device to log in to the school's e-book system to complete borrowing procedures.

Periodicals and Reference Books

Periodicals and reference books in the periodical reading room are for in-library use only and cannot be borrowed outside the library; special requests for borrowing should be made to the library staff.
