FCCO Monthly Checklist
Checklist Purpose:
FCCO users can organize and manage tasks, reduce errors, maintain consistency, increase efficiency and productivity, and ensure all FCCO tasks are completed as stated in the set procedures to guarantee work-completion quality.
FCCO Manuals and Procedures outline steps that CCR&R staff must follow to successfully support the Oregon Referral System, as well as the Child Care Providers.
Webinar Recordings allows CCR&R staff to watch the webinar in their own time if they didn’t have the opportunity to do so yet or to watch the webinar again and soak up all the information at their own pace.
The goal of FCCO data reporting is to make data easily understandable and accessible to stakeholders, to provide an insight of the Oregon Early Learning System.
This involves selecting and analyzing relevant data, and presenting the results in a clear and concise way for CCR&R staff.
FCCO Data and User Agreement
FCCO Data and User Agreement was developed to assure all agency users of FCCO acknowledge the importance of data and system confidentiality.
This is especially important for a shared database, such as FCCO, that holds sensitive information about Early Learning Programs, individuals seeking child care, and children.
*All Agency Users must agree to the FCCO Data and User Agreement once a year
FCCO Field descriptions are a support document that will help all FCCO users to understand the meaning of each field that can be found on a FCCO Program Record to better collect information and support the Child Care Providers in Oregon.
