New Program Procedures
ALL New Programs in FCCO must be FULLY Enrolled within a week of the record being created in FCCO.
*Action Log entry is required to be considered a completed enrollment.
Enrollment Forms
A enrollment application form is used to collect detailed information about a program besides Licensing Information.
Enrolling New Programs is requiered to be eligible to be Open for referrals with FCCO/211info.
Make sure the Program have been Enrolled:
Before changing a referral status on a new program
Before giving access to the Provider Portal
Program Updates and TA Log
Quarterly Updates must be completed for all Home-Based Programs.
Programs due for a Quartely Update must be spread throughout the quarter.
CCR&Rs must perform this procedure MONTHLY to those programs that are due each month.
These updates are based on the last time a program had a Quarterly Update on their record.
For Example:
If a provider completed a Quaterly Update on January 8, 2023, the next Quaterly Update for that program must be happen on April 8, 2023.
Annual Updates must be completed for ALL Center-Based Programs.
Programs due for an Annual Update must be spread throughout the quarter.
CCR&Rs must perform this procedure MONTHLY to those programs that are due each month.
These updates are based on the last time a program had an Annual Update on their record.
For Example:
If a provider completed an Annual Update on January 8, 2023, the next Annual Update for that program must be happen on January 8, 2024.
Technical Assistance Log
FCCO TA Logs
CCR&R staff must record the Technical Assistance provided to the programs in their regions/networks Once a Week.
The TA Log section is located on the menu bar on each program record.
Not all interactions with programs must be recorded.
Review this procedure to understand what TA must be entered in FCCO.
Assigned to CCR&R
ALL Programs Assigned to CCR&R must be reviewed within a week of the program being assigned in FCCO.

The FCCO Provider Portal facilitates Quaterly Updates for the CCR&R Agencies.
Child Care Programs are able to access to their FCCO program record a to update their program’s information at anytime (24/7).
FCCO offers support documents for CCR&R staff and Providers, review the sections below to support programs.
*Documents available in the Program Support - Provider Portal can be shared with programs to guide while navigating the FCCO Provider Portal. Other materials should not be shared with Providers.
