Hello and thank you for your interest in this important research project. Ethical approval for this study has been grated by South East Technological University (SETU). As an employee of the Irish insurance sector, your contributions are hugely valuable, so any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

A lot of past research around workplace equality has focused on numbers rather than people and their experiences. This is an opportunity for you to anonymously share your experiences, your opinions, your personal story about equality, diversity and inclusion in your place of work, so feel free to highlight the good, the not so good and anything in between.
