Diversity Summer Internship Program (DSIP) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is now accepting applications for Summer 2024 (deadline: February 1st, 2024). The Diversity Summer Internship Program (DSIP) is an 8-week summer program that provides highly qualified undergraduates with a graduate-level, independent research project in the biomedical or public health field. The University of Rochester Summer REU program in Chemistry Research for Medicine and Energy, Students accepted into the program will join the research group of a participating faculty member within the Chemistry Department, who will serve as their mentor and research advisor throughout the summer. A list of participating faculty members is provided further below. The students are matched to a faculty mentor and research group according to their research interests as specified in their application and based on the available faculty mentors and projects. NYU Department of Chemistry: The REU program is a National Science Foundation (NSF) funded initiative that supports active research participation by undergraduate students. The REU Site in Chemical Biology at NYU offers an intensive interdisciplinary research program at the interface of chemistry and biology to the participating students. The 10-week summer program hosts roughly ten undergraduate students per year. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and levels of research experience, and we encourage applications from students from underrepresented groups in science.
