Welcome to my first grade website!

My name is Aimee Thompson and I am a first grade teacher at Hasson Heights Elementary School. I have been teaching first grade for five years now. I received my Bachelor's degree from Clarion University and my Master's degree at Edinboro University. I am from Titusville, Pa. I love spending time with my family, friends, and dog, Molly. Some of my hobbies include kayaking, going to the beach, making crafts, going to primitive stores, and just being outdoors.

This year we have 18 students in our classroom. There are 6 girls and 12 boys. I am excited to start this journey this school year and watch each child grow and learn. Each child is unique in his/her way and I am excited to find out what interests them and what they love, so I can incorporate that into our classroom.
