7th Grade Tech. Ed.

This course is designed to help students make logical connections between technology systems and careers. Through the study of current and future technological advances, this course will lead students to a better understanding of industry's rapidly changing technological environment. This is a hands on course that will focus on the four areas of technology; communication, construction, manufacturing, and transportation. The students will learn drafting techniques, problem solving skills, design procedures, and manufacturing techniques with an emphasis on safety. This is a semester course.
