吳宜蓉老師現任國立高雄師範大學教育學系助理教授，畢業於美國威斯康辛大學麥迪遜分校教育學院，取得教育領導與政策分析博士學位，並副修教育心理學。博士論文聚焦於分布式領導實踐在臺灣中小學校務經營與治理中的應用，由 Carolyn Kelley 博士指導。

Yi-Jung Wu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at National Kaohsiung Normal University, Taiwan. National Kaohsiung Normal University is a leading public institution in Taiwan dedicated to secondary teacher education. Since it was founded in 1954, its graduates have taught in public schools throughout Taiwan, nurturing countless outstanding secondary school teachers, school leaders, and principals.

Dr. Wu earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with a doctoral minor in Educational Psychology. She completed her doctoral dissertation under the supervision of Dr. Carolyn Kelley. During her doctoral studies, she was an international affiliate of the Interdisciplinary Training Program in Education Sciences and a graduate research fellow at the Institute for Research on Poverty.
Dr. Wu earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with a doctoral minor in Educational Psychology.
