Registration will remain open until April 10 or until the quota of 350 participants is reached.
Participants who require an E-Visa are kindly requested to submit their application via the E-Visa Google Form down below by March 31.
E-Visa: Participants needing E-code assistance must submit the online form by March 31, 2026.
Registration Fee Notice
Participation in the HLU Meeting is free of charge, and no registration fee is required.
A registration fee of USD 250 applies only to participants attending the WURI Ranking Announcement Conference.
All payment arrangements will be managed by the WURI Foundation. Detailed payment instructions will be provided separately, and participants will be asked to complete the payment directly to the designated account specified by the WURI Foundation. The local host university does not process registration payments.
