As we look back in time, we can see how school safety has changed and evolved throughout the years. School safety is impacted by events that have occurred during certain time periods in the past, but also by present-day issues. School violence unfortunately has and always will be an issue that our country has to continue to face. That is why it is important to continue to talk about school safety and identify ways that we can improve our schools. Every child deserves to be able to go to school and have the ability to learn without any worry or fear that something bad could happen.
