Mission Statement
Created as a senior project by Music Education student, McKayla Jenkins, The Fairytale Gala is a concert put together by Nazareth University School of Music students. Open to the public, this community event aims to bring the people of Rochester together with popular, fun, and familiar music from fairytale themed movies.
All voluntary proceeds go to support the RocMusic program.
What to Expect
The concert will last about 2 hours with a brief intermission halfway through and consist of roughly 20-23 popular and recognizable pieces from various fairytale movies.
The concert will consist of several instrumental pieces and vocal pieces with an interactive Sing-Along for the finale. We encourage all participants to dress up as their favorite fairytale character!
Cost - Free
The concert is open to the public and completely free. Please download a ticket to ensure a seat in the concert hall.
