This page contains information regarding the format of both oral talks and posters.
Each workshop slot is 30 minutes long (workshop organisers may give their invited speaker two slots)
You should aim for a talk lasting 20 to 25 minutes, so as to allow for 5 to 10 minutes of discussion
Please prepare your slides in either PDF or PPTX format, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your presentation will run without issues on our computers.
Slides will be presented using local classroom computers only
Please inform us if you would like to request an exception and present from your own laptop (for example if you are planning on presenting a larger amount of auditory or visual material)
The required poster format is A1 in portrait orientation
Presenters will be given a poster board together with thumb tacks to secure the poster
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide poster printing services. However, there are several print shops near the Faculty, which you can use.
