Fitness Testing

Required by the State. All grades will participate, but only the 7th Grade students are reported to the state. The state does not see the students, but just the total number of students and if the are in the healthy zone/unhealthy zone. Only one person sees the results, and that is me.

Pacer Test, Push Up Test, Curl Up Test, Sit and Reach Test.
