Data Analytics Bootcamp #2
Analyze microbiome data with your own hands
______________________________________________
October 15-18 and 21-22, 2024
Welcome to the Microbiome Data Analytics Bootcamp!
▶ This intensive onsite bootcamp is your gateway to investigate microbial communities from high-throughput amplicon sequencing data.
▶ You will learn step-by-step from basic concepts and technologies for microbiome analysis, software installation, bioinformatics data analysis from data preprocessing to downstream analyses, and data interpretation.
▶ You could bring your own data for interactive hands-on sessions or experience real-world datasets, with close-up guidance from experienced staff.

Why us ?
1. Step by step start from zero
Understand from basic concepts, perform data analysis
and interpret microbiome results.
2. Bring your own data
or learn from real-world dataset
You could bring your own data (recommended ≤20 samples for 8 GB RAM & ≤30 samples for 16 GB RAM) or use real-world datasets for interactive hands-on sessions to get the analysis done through the course.
3. Project-based learning
with hands-on exercises
Perform microbiome analysis through research-based project with your own biological problem and share with your classmate.
4. Semi-private guidance
by experienced team
All sessions throughout the course will be close-up guided from experienced bioinformatics staff (>10 years).
What will you get ?
Software installed on your laptop
Taxonomic classifier model
Ready to analyze the next data
A certificate of attendance will be provided after the workshop
