Created to address efficiency and safety concerns with existing sandpaper "face grinding" operation for sprocket retainer part
Assembly consists of purchased as well as designed/machined and printed parts
Machined parts designed in SolidWorks, machined on manual mills and lathes
Motor support brackets designed in SolidWorks, printed using 100% fill PLA on Snapmaker 2.0 for prototyping
Machined parts (Crank wheel, grindstone support, crank shaft, modified mandrel)
3D printed parts (forward/rear crank motor supports, top/bottom grinder motor supports)
