Thursday 10-31 -  Meet in the PE room.  Turn in Portfolio check #2.

Portfolio check #2 is due Tuesday 10-31 by the end of your class period

• You need 12 new workouts from 9-15 - 10-27.  That is a six week period with two workouts a week.  You should have a total of 20 workouts all on one document.

• Images of heart rate data labeled Ultimate Frisbee.

• 20-Minute Run worksheet.  Attach two images showing time, distance, max hr, and average hr. 

• Target Heart Rate Worksheet filled out.
