To allow the patrons to report technology related problems via the IoT 'Support' Buttons attached to the Library Public workstations.
When the button is pressed, it generates a Cherwell ticket, add to an issue Dashboard (mobile and desktop responsive app), and optional text alerts (or later could be a Slack bot) to increase awareness of computer problems in spread out locations for support.
{Trigger} → create a Cherwell ticket → generate a notification to the Library ITL (email or SMS) → add to Service Logs managed by the Dashboard app.
