The Cloud Agility Laboratory is located at Science II, Room 276. It is a joint facility collaborated with the Hub of Digital Transformation at Fresno State. Dr. Liu has published a number of publications in software engineering and meta-heuristics areas with over 2600 citations. He has supervised more than 30 student projects during his time at Fresno State. Since 2015, Dr. Liu has served on the editorial board of Applied Soft Computing journal, a high impact factor (8.7) journal focusing on the research areas of Fuzzy Logic, Neural Networks, Evolutionary Computing, Rough Sets and other similar techniques.
