This is an innovative father involvement, educational initiative of the National Center on Fathering. The program’s goal is to promote father volunteerism; thus providing increased father involvement, and positive role models for all students. A father or father figure presence in school demonstrates to students that education is important. The program invites fathers, grandfathers, uncles or other father figures to volunteer at least one day a year or each semester.
